It fine-doesn't hold heat – It is ok. Tlhas the design I wanted. The fill is uneven. Some portions sealed w/more seeds than others. The cotton cover is nice (make it in better, more appealing colors cuz itz ugly.) The thread count is low so itz a little rough. So far it has nor caught fire. This does not nearly hold the heat as some other brands do. Desipates quickly which is annoying. Pricey for these moderate flaws. It was what I was looking for but I wish it was better executed.

Perfect for use after shoulder surgery – I used this item both before and after I had should replacement surgery. I like that the insert can be used hot or cold and it holds the temperature for at least 20-30 minutes. After surgery, the insert seemed a bit heavy over the incision so my husband replaced the bead filled insert with two oblong sort freezer packs and that was more comfortable. I also like that the cover is removable and can be machine washed.

Wonderful scent and shoulder relief – Heating pad offers excellent comfort and effective heat retention. The herbal scent can be very soothing.
The product is great however I did not receive the bonsai plant displayed. –
Purchased twice! – Love the washable cover and the longevity of warmth the bag holds! The lavender is extremely potent, I do wish the company offered a variety of scents. I’ve bought 2!

Short. – I got this as a gift for my nephew-in-lae. He's a stocky man who works in construction. The description said it was for man or woman. I was shorter than I was hoping. He has a thick neck and I would have liked a little longer for him. Other than that he said it helps him.

Great for long-lasting muscle relief – I ordered one of these weighted neck wraps for me and my daughter. We were both pleased that they provide heated relief longer than other styles. They can be used on neck and shoulders in addition to backs and hips. They arrived in a timely manner and well protected to avoid damage.

Impossible to walk in these – These are slippers with an insert area too put a lavender filled “Warmer”. They are very bulky and dangerous to try to walk in. Nice and warm for somebody who is just sitting and not trying to walk in them, though

Fit Difficulty – I had trouble trying to put these on. I have arthritis so it was difficult getting these on. I managed one but couldn’t do the other foot.

Toasty toes! – Great product for getting the heat where it needs to be. I hear it up for 3 minutes in the microwave and put it in my bed while I prepare for sleep. Warm feet/fast asleep.

Warms the feet – I have neuropathy in my feet and they get really cold and then I cannot sleep. I had a pair of 'Hot Booties' for 10+ years and used them at bed time, but it seems as if they were not retaining the heat as well as in the past so I ordered these slippers. They take longer to heat (1 minute 30 sec instead of 30 sec) in the microwave and seem to retain the heat ok. I ordered the large based on shoe size and they seem a little too large, but they still work for me and not enough of a problem to return them. One thing I don't particularly like is that the heat is only on the bottom. The 'Hot Booties' also heated the tops of my toes which was preferable.

heaven sent – After working 12 hour shifts on concrete my feet can be very painful and these are able to bring down the pain and soreness without being overly cold on my feet.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the strap could be a bit more comfortable during extended use. Easy ton use – I was surprised at how easy this product was to use and how well it molded to my ankle. The ice pack is ready to reuse in a short amount of time. I was icing my ankle as many as 3 times a day and had no problems.

Excellent for upper arm – This easily wraps around your upper arm. Gel Pack is light enough so you can do this with one hand. Unfold the end of the strap to expose the Velcro teeth so when you wrap it around your arm it works. I almost sent it back because I didn’t realize the end was folded. I broke my arm so I only had one hand and this saved the day.

Yes I would recommend this heat pad. - This heat pad worked for me as it’s completely different to all the others on the market.This has three separate compartments, so it goes all around my lower back.

Back Wrap Microwave Heat Pad - I suffer from low back pain and find it difficult to keep most heat pads in the correct position. The back wrap does exactly what it is supposed to do. You heat it in the microwave and place it across your back, then secure the belt around you with the straps. You can then walk around, lie or sit down with it in place and it does not move. It is much bigger than most heat pads and can warm a large area of your back or shoulders. The straps are very long - ideal for all sizes. I am quite petite, so find they are too long for me but intend to shorten them when I have time. The pad keeps warm for a long time. I am very pleased with the wrap and have already recommended it to several people.

Excellent. - Excellent product. Been using them now for a couple of months. They do not get overhot like hot water bottles and retain some warmth for longer. And they don't leak! Came with clear instructions. Perhaps the lavender fragrance could be a bit stronger. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent product. - It works very well. 2+2 minutes in the microwave and it retains the heat for quite a while. The strap helps to keep it attached to the body. I would not be without this.

Heat Pad for back - I bought this for my wife but having pulled a muscle in my lower back I borrowed it. Well it certainly does the trick for me.

Relaxing and flexible - My GP recommended a heatable wheat pack to relax my neck after an accident. I did some research and found this had good reviews. It's more expensive than many alternatives, but it seems very good quality and I find it quite effective. It's also better than gelpacks I've used previously because it is more flexible and can be wrapped around the neck or over the shoulder depending where heat is needed.
