Great produce for bad backs - I bought this as an extra Christmas present for my husband and it's been a fantastic purchase. At first he tried it heated in the microwave and that didn't help his particular problem, he suffers greatly in his lower spine from a climbing accident when he was young. He prefers to freeze it overnight and the cold reduces the inflamation nicely on his drive to work. He pops it into the freezer in the office and gets the same benefit on his return journey. It is well made, fits snuggly into his back and has lovely long straps even for a big guy. The only problem, he's in such a hurry to get home these days he sometimes forgets to put it on coming home so I'm buying him another one. Highly recommended.

Back Wrap Microwave Heat Pad - I suffer from low back pain and find it difficult to keep most heat pads in the correct position. The back wrap does exactly what it is supposed to do. You heat it in the microwave and place it across your back, then secure the belt around you with the straps. You can then walk around, lie or sit down with it in place and it does not move. It is much bigger than most heat pads and can warm a large area of your back or shoulders. The straps are very long - ideal for all sizes. I am quite petite, so find they are too long for me but intend to shorten them when I have time. The pad keeps warm for a long time. I am very pleased with the wrap and have already recommended it to several people.

You need to get this... - This is the number 1 best thing I have bought to help me with my bad back. I've literally been buying anything that is suppose to help with back pain.I saw a specialist a few weeks ago and he told me to look for a wheat pack that you can tie on. I found this and I've been using it every day for a few weeks.I work from home at my desk all day so I've just been wearing this until it cools down, then heating it again throughout the day.Then I'll wear it when I go to bed to relax the muscle in my back that is causing all of my pain.I can't stress enough how much this is helping me. I'd keep it on constantly if I could!
