I use this mainly for knees it seems. It's not been used a huge amount over this last year but the strap is losing elastic. The rest of the accessories feel a bit of a waste as they're still in the box - my aim this year is to find a use for them! 😆 Can be used from the fridge, freezer or the microwave. Only difficult part is needing to lett it come to room temperature before swapping between the temperatures. A multi-pack of 2 of them at least would be much more helpful, or being able to buy a spare without all of the extras.
