You do have to be careful on reheating if you are doing that when they cool down as two mins even when they have cooled ... - I have arthritis in my hands and so I bought two of these. I found them very effective and comforting, in fact I placed my hands in them and rested them on my knees and that helped them at the same time! You do have to be careful on reheating if you are doing that when they cool down as two mins even when they have cooled a little will be too much so just reduce this a little if topping up. I didn't find them wet at all as some mentioned. Very happy thank you.

she had broken her wrist and someone recommended it as something to help relieve the pain - I bought this on behalf of my friend, she had broken her wrist and someone recommended it as something to help relieve the pain, she said that it was very good and soothing. It was a lot bigger than we both had expected it to be, however don't let this put you off, it's long enough to cover the wrist too. Easily heated and remains hot for quite a few minutes.
