Heat therapy
- Step 1) You have to heat your neck and shoulder pillow in the microwave at maximum power for about 2:30 minutes.
- Step 2) Place the thermal bag on the area to be treated for 15 to 20 minutes, you will feel how the muscles relax and the pain disappears.

Pleasantly scented and highly effective - I am wearing the heat pad as I write, which proves how comfortable it is, and that it stays where you need it to be! Just when I was wishing for a heating wrap that had a nice scent, and would warm my upper back, shoulders and neck. I had tried a conventional wheat and lavender warmer, but I found the scent very unpleasant and it kept slipping off. This is already making a huge difference to my injury, and will speed my recovery I am sure. My microwave is as tiny as they come, but it did fit, and the plate spun round as required. Excellent quality - Excellent quality, great invention. Only problem I would mention is the beans have a tendency to fall into the front most pocket and make it a bit bulky and uncomfortable, I have to keep massaging them back over. It doesn’t stay warm as long as wheat but as I cannot personally have wheat near me I am happy to find something I can use. I have found in this cold climate it will stay warm for about an hr. it is very comfortable to sleep in too, I hadn’t slept for nearly a week due to pain and then slept right through the first time with my new warmer. Thanks.
Great! Wonderful result : feeling relaxed - Absolutely great. Used it 3 evening in a row as reading my book in bed or watching TV. I had slept easily and more relaxed, my neck was better each morning. Then on the 4th day my neck was able to turn normally again. So thankful for this product. I have used on my tummy as well during period and fell asleep more relaxed. Than I have used it on my children too tummy or neck and they tummy.... a relaxing moment to fall asleep. It fine-doesn't hold heat – It is ok. Tlhas the design I wanted. The fill is uneven. Some portions sealed w/more seeds than others. The cotton cover is nice (make it in better, more appealing colors cuz itz ugly.) The thread count is low so itz a little rough. So far it has nor caught fire. This does not nearly hold the heat as some other brands do. Desipates quickly which is annoying. Pricey for these moderate flaws. It was what I was looking for but I wish it was better executed.

Perfect for use after shoulder surgery – I used this item both before and after I had should replacement surgery. I like that the insert can be used hot or cold and it holds the temperature for at least 20-30 minutes. After surgery, the insert seemed a bit heavy over the incision so my husband replaced the bead filled insert with two oblong sort freezer packs and that was more comfortable. I also like that the cover is removable and can be machine washed.

Heat pack does the trick - Bought as a gift and told the heat really helps the achy areas. It doesn't take too long to heat up and can last for some time before it starts to cool off. I Would recommend this product
