Soothing, comforting and a great shape

This is the best neck and muscle soother i have ever used and I have used many. For me it's the shape, how simple yet genious. My frequent sore neck muscles do spread down to the shoulder blade. I have polymyalgia rheumatica, ( PMR) , so everything can ache. It's wonderful, five star 🌟 all the way. Thankyou to whoever invented this little gem. smells nice too.

Good quality product

I bought this for my elderly mother who was suffering from a sore neck. It arrived promptly and was packaged in a lovely box. Quick and easy to heat up In the microwave and a lovely fragrance. It’s quite heavy but evenly distributed so she had all round warmth. Very happy with this product and would certainly recommend.

Strong smell

Having suffered with a stiff/sore neck for a few weeks I thought I would try a heat bag thing. I liked the shape of this one and was right when I thought it would sit well which it does. It has a strong smell of lavender which can linger on your clothes. But it does the job well. It certainly helps my neck. A good bye.
