How to use the microwaveable heat pack for neck and shoulder?
Heat therapy
- Step 1) Heat our cervical bag in our microwave at maximum power for about 1 minute and a half.
- Step 2) We place the heating pack on the area to be treated for 15 to 20 minutes, we will feel how our muscles relax and the pain disappears.
- Step 3) Incredible! The pain disappears and we will automatically feel better. We can repeat the process as many times as we want.
Cold therapy
- Step 1) We cool our microwavable neck and shoulder wrap inside a bag in the freezer for about 2 hours prior to the cold treatment.
- Step 2) Place the cervical bag on the painful area for about 10 to 15 minutes, you will feel how the area deflates thanks to the effects of cold.
- Step 3) Congratulations! Thanks to the effects of cold therapy our pain and inflammation disappear. For maximum effectiveness apply 3-4 times a day.

Works well, keeps warm for quite a while - I bought this for my husband who has an issue with two discs in his neck. His physio told him to try warm (not hot) heat on the area a few times a day.Bought this as it could be microwaved at his work and the shape would fit his neck great.He says whilst it doesn't exactly provide any pain relief it fits the shape of his neck fine, he can microwave it so that it doesn't get too hot and it stays at the ideal temperature for a long time. it also stays in place whilst he is working (desk job).He uses it daily and there have been no issue with it.
Pain relief - Can't fault. It is perfect for easing my neck and shoulder pains. I have damaged tendons due to hyper mobility and was told by a physiotherapist that I needed to keep constant heat on my shoulder and neck to stop the inflammation. In purchasing this I wasn't sure if it would help at all but it has helped pretty quickly. Quick zoop in the microwave and cosy long lasting heat is provided. Finally giving me much needed relief. It is nicely shaped with sewn individual sections and fits well around my shoulders giving an even distribution of heat to my neck and shoulder area.
Quality Product. - Good Quality Made Product.Ordered Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Friday morning, that’s ultra fast delivery by not only the seller but by Royal Mail too. It heats up very well in the microwave and it retains its heat for around an hour. I ordered the lavender one and it smells lovely.I purchased for neck, shoulder and lower back pain and it helps relieve my symptoms however found the lavender when placed on my neck/shoulder it eases my headach too.

Relaxing and flexible - My GP recommended a heatable wheat pack to relax my neck after an accident. I did some research and found this had good reviews. It's more expensive than many alternatives, but it seems very good quality and I find it quite effective. It's also better than gelpacks I've used previously because it is more flexible and can be wrapped around the neck or over the shoulder depending where heat is needed.
