Same as a child's cold pack – This is pretty much the same thing as a child's "boo-boo pack" but eye-mask shaped. It stays cold for about 10 minutes.

Refreshing eye mask – This micro bead cooling eye mask comes in tangerine and pink (like a grapefruit). It does not taste like grapefruit, so DO NOT EAT! After placing in the refrigerator for four hours it’s ready to wear. It has a soft material side that rests against your eyes. There is an adjustable Velcro headband to hold it in place. It feels very nice when applied to tired, puffy eyes.

Cool relief – The adjustable strap hold the mask in place well enough, since my activities are naturally limited while using this. To prepare the mask for cold use, the instructions say refrigerator (not freezer). When pollen surges, my normal go-tos for relief sometimes needs the added cooling effects in the eye area, as the urge to rub grows. To sit with the relative darkness of the cool mask is soothing for the sinus as well. (I'll likely not have a lot of use for this mask for heating.)

pleasant and comfortable to use – It is a pleasant and comfortable mask to use. The mask is made of gel beads that don't freeze but do get cold. One side of the mask is covered in fabric that gets cold and you can place on your face without burning your eyes. It helps my eyes with inflamation so I recomend you use it.

Cool shades – It feels so good to take a break and have something cool and soothing on your eyes. This is a very easy to use eye mask that ready to use. The lavender has a very pleasant smell and is very mild. The eye mask once opened last about 25 minutes and is a single use. The eye mask is not too tight and is very comfortable. I'm not sure if really helps with puffiness, but it feels very nice when in use.

Dual purpose – This eye mask can be used warm or cold, I prefer the cold. Feels good when you have a headache or puffy eyes.

good enough to get 2 – I like this mask way more than I expected. At only around 11 dollars I didn't expect much but, I was pleasantly surprised. The mask contains little beads of sort that doesn't freeze so it's quite comfortable. I've only tried it cold so far (the bag it comes with was a nice included accessory to keep it safe from food bits) and it did a good job. It doesn't stay cold for a super long time so I'd recommend getting 2 so you can have one ready after the first warms up.

Helps reduce eye puff – This eye mask really helps reduce eye puff. Especially if you have swollen eyes after a crying spell, spending 10 minutes with us on your eyes will really help reduce the bloat. This orbees-style mask shouldn’t be thrown into the freezer, just keep it in the fridge for a chilled effect.

Nice cooling effect – This goes in the refrigerator and not the freezer which allows the beads inside to stay flexible making it very comfortable and not too cold to put on your face. I really like that it comes in a ziplock bag reminding you that it does NOT go in the freezer. I can see someone in my household being helpful and putting it in the freezer so the ziplock is very helpful. I have not tried it warm but I have enjoyed the cooling effect.

A step up from our last few cold masks – I like that this mask has a side that is covered in fabric and one that isn't, so you can use either side. The adjustable straps are nice too. Seems simple enough, but I've had several of these masks that didn't have those features. As is the nature of these masks, it really doesn't stay cold very long at all. That's why it's nice to have more than one, so you can switch them out. But this one is now the first in the rotation at my house.

Comfortable and blocks light – This can be used hot or cold. I have only used it cold. The directions say to put it in the refrigerator and not the freezer so it is not extremely cold when you put it on. I like using it in the late afternoon before I go out in the evening. It does a god job of blocking the light so usually I end up falling asleep and feeling much more refreshed and ready to go out.

Hot or Cold Therapy Gel Eye Mask – Unfortunately, working from home and spending excessive time in front of the monitor has left its toll. I have a terrible case of "bags under they eyes". Hoping to stem it from becoming chronic, I decided to try this cool gel eye mask. Similar in effect to an ice pack, this uses "Golden Gel Beads" which stay flexible after chilling. As it is an eye mask, it has an elastic band to keep it in place and a cloth layer that is on the side of the mask that touches your face. It also comes with an outer bag to keep it clean and free from contact with anything else while chilling. I found it pleasant and comfortable to use. * Note - It actually can be used for heated therapy as well. It can be microwaved to be warmed up. Overall, I find this Gel Eye mask to be quite good and recommend its use.

It fine-doesn't hold heat – It is ok. Tlhas the design I wanted. The fill is uneven. Some portions sealed w/more seeds than others. The cotton cover is nice (make it in better, more appealing colors cuz itz ugly.) The thread count is low so itz a little rough. So far it has nor caught fire. This does not nearly hold the heat as some other brands do. Desipates quickly which is annoying. Pricey for these moderate flaws. It was what I was looking for but I wish it was better executed.

Perfect for use after shoulder surgery – I used this item both before and after I had should replacement surgery. I like that the insert can be used hot or cold and it holds the temperature for at least 20-30 minutes. After surgery, the insert seemed a bit heavy over the incision so my husband replaced the bead filled insert with two oblong sort freezer packs and that was more comfortable. I also like that the cover is removable and can be machine washed.

Short. – I got this as a gift for my nephew-in-lae. He's a stocky man who works in construction. The description said it was for man or woman. I was shorter than I was hoping. He has a thick neck and I would have liked a little longer for him. Other than that he said it helps him.

Great for long-lasting muscle relief – I ordered one of these weighted neck wraps for me and my daughter. We were both pleased that they provide heated relief longer than other styles. They can be used on neck and shoulders in addition to backs and hips. They arrived in a timely manner and well protected to avoid damage.

Impossible to walk in these – These are slippers with an insert area too put a lavender filled “Warmer”. They are very bulky and dangerous to try to walk in. Nice and warm for somebody who is just sitting and not trying to walk in them, though

Toasty toes! – Great product for getting the heat where it needs to be. I hear it up for 3 minutes in the microwave and put it in my bed while I prepare for sleep. Warm feet/fast asleep.

Warms the feet – I have neuropathy in my feet and they get really cold and then I cannot sleep. I had a pair of 'Hot Booties' for 10+ years and used them at bed time, but it seems as if they were not retaining the heat as well as in the past so I ordered these slippers. They take longer to heat (1 minute 30 sec instead of 30 sec) in the microwave and seem to retain the heat ok. I ordered the large based on shoe size and they seem a little too large, but they still work for me and not enough of a problem to return them. One thing I don't particularly like is that the heat is only on the bottom. The 'Hot Booties' also heated the tops of my toes which was preferable.

Easy ton use – I was surprised at how easy this product was to use and how well it molded to my ankle. The ice pack is ready to reuse in a short amount of time. I was icing my ankle as many as 3 times a day and had no problems.

Excellent for upper arm – This easily wraps around your upper arm. Gel Pack is light enough so you can do this with one hand. Unfold the end of the strap to expose the Velcro teeth so when you wrap it around your arm it works. I almost sent it back because I didn’t realize the end was folded. I broke my arm so I only had one hand and this saved the day.

Yes I would recommend this heat pad. - This heat pad worked for me as it’s completely different to all the others on the market.This has three separate compartments, so it goes all around my lower back.
