How to use the microwave heat pack for back pain relief?
Heat therapy
- Step 1) Heat our folded heating pad in the microwave at maximum power for approximately 4 minutes.
- Step 2) We place the microwavable heat on the painful area for 15 to 20 minutes, we will feel how the swelling pains disappear.
- Step 3) Perfect! The pain and discomfort in the lower back and legs disappear. We can repeat the process as many times as we want.
Cold therapy
- Step 1) We cool our heat pack with lavender inside a bag in the freezer for about 2 hours prior to the cold treatment.
- Step 2) Place the microwave heat wrap on the area to be treated for 10 to 15 minutes, you will feel the pain disappear thanks to the cold effect on the muscles.
